You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, login credentials, billing information, and all activities carried out through your account.

4. Acceptable use

• You must not use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activity.
• You must not attempt to interfere with the stability, security, or performance of the network or other customers' services.
• You must not use the services to distribute malware, spam, or unauthorized copyrighted material.

5. Suspension and termination

RealmGame Hosting may suspend or terminate services that breach these terms, create risk to the network, or fail to maintain payment in good standing.

6. Billing and renewals

Services may renew automatically on the selected billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize RealmGame Hosting to collect payment using the payment method on file for renewals and outstanding balances.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel future renewals through the client area or support channel, but cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for charges already processed.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the published Refund Policy.

9. Backups and data

Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups unless a managed backup service is explicitly included in the purchased plan. RealmGame Hosting is not liable for data loss, corruption, or restoration delays.

10. Service availability

RealmGame Hosting will use reasonable efforts to provide reliable service, but uptime is not guaranteed unless expressly stated in a separate service-level commitment.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealmGame Hosting will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

12. Changes to these terms
